You can track your order by using the tracking number you received in your email when your order was dispatched.

Orders under £300

If your order was sent by Parcel Force, this is usually orders under £300, please allow 3 days from the day of your order (not including weekends) for it to arrive. Parcel Force will have sent you a confirmation email with a tracking number which you can use by visiting www.parcelforce.com or calling Parcel Force Worldwide 0844 800 4466 if you did not receive a tracking order. Orders over £300

If you would like to check the status of your delivery and your orders was over £300, then please allow 3 days from the day of your order for our carriers to call you to book in your delivery.
