As one of the UK’s leading pound line and discount goods wholesalers we have a wide variety of products for pound shop suppliers, cashand carry, wholesale clearance houses, bulk wholesale suppliers, beauty wholesalers, retail outlets and small shops. 

This website provides a range of products from HealthProducts to Hardware and while we have tried to make your purchasing experienceas easy as possible there may be some questions that are unanswered.  Please find below a series of questions oftenasked:

1.     What if there is a problem with my delivery?

If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your order. Please contact us using the Contact Us page and we will make every effort to resolve you problem.  Please note we charge a 10% handling fee to collect goods that are not faulty yet are no longer wanted.

2.      How to register for an Account?

We offer accounts to customers who wish to apply forcredit allowing them to receive their goods and make payments at a fixed future date.  To apply for an account you need to fill out a few details on our Account Application Form.  We will then contact you to let you know if we’ve application has been successful and provide your account details.

3.     Can I ordera specific colour/style?

Any products that come in a variety of colours areusually packed with the colours mixed. For that reason we are unable to offer the choice of a particular colour as this would require opening any number of cartons, inners and packages to select individual products and would not be appropriate.

4.     When will out of stock products be available again?

If a product is showing out of stock and a due datehas not been shown please contact us and we may be able to advise you onavailability dates.

5.     Is this product priced per item or per pack?

If the product is sold in a pack i.e. the descriptionsays 4pk Dish Brushes or 36pk Clothes Pegs, then the product price shown is forthe entire pack, and by ordering 12 you will receive 12 packs of 36 pegs.  If the description does not mention a quantity within a pack then the price is for one individual item.

6.     Who can use this site?

This site is a wholesale ecommerce website, and is forthe use of anyone who wishes to buy wholesale quantities of discount goods, at wholesale prices.  Anyone who is able to meet our minimum spend of £50 qualifies to use our website.

7.     How do I know my order has been dispatched?

You should receive an email from the carrier or us when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.  All orders are usually dispatched 2 days after the order has been received i.e. if the order is placed on Monday before 12:00pm then it will be dispatched on Tuesday, if after 12:00pm on Monday then it will be dispatched on Wednesday.  If there is any issue with your order we will contact you immediately to let you know.  Please allow 3 further days for you delivery to arrive.  If your order has not arrived in this time please Contact Us and we will resolve the issue for you.

8.     Is there aminimum order value?

We have a minimum order value of £50 excluding V.A.T

9.     How do I qualify for free delivery?

We offer carriage paid delivery on all orders over £500 when they are shipped to an address within Mainland U.K and £750 when delivered to Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

13. International sales policy

We do not currently deliver internationally however we do still offer a service for our international customers.  If you have your own shipping company you would like to use or are able to arrange your own shipping out of the UK then we can deliver your goods to your carrier in the UK, based on Mainland UK deliver charges or they can collect it from our warehouse.

15.  Having problems using the site?

If you are having any issues using the site, please try refreshing your browser by clicking the refresh button on your toolbar at the top of the browser window.  If you are still having difficulty please try closing your browser window then reopening it.

16. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched;this is usually by midday the day after the order has been placed, please see our Delivery Charges page for further details on dispatch.  Please call us on 0116 254 6900 if you would like to cancel.  If you would like to cancel your order after it has been dispatched then this will be treated as a return and a handling charge and an uplifting charge will apply.  Please see our Returns Policy for further details.

17. Returns Policy

If you wish to return any non faulty items, a 10% handling charge and an uplifting charge will be applied. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will payfor the postage cost for returning the faulty items and will replace the item with a brand new product or refund. The delivery time scales will be same as mentioned above in the Delivery policy.
PLEASE NOTE: We will only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Astro Imports do not disclose buyers' information to third parties for any marketing or commercial purposes.  All information is securely stored and used solely to fulfill orders and/or communicate directly with our registered customers.
